Prayer Before Mass

Almighty and everlasting God, I approach the sacrament of your only-begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. Cleanse my heart and help me to receive with reverence, love, and faith, that this holy sacrifice may bring me closer to you and strengthen me in charity. Amen.
